TRACK & FIELD:

2013 (SENIOR): INDOOR - Won the Missouri Valley Conference Pentathlon Championship with a score 3,872. Set personal bests in four of the five pentathlon events at the MVC Championships. Shattered the school record in the Pentathlon with 4,043 points to place first at the Varsity Apartments Invitational. Contributed 25 points to the Shockers first-place finish at the MVC Indoor Championships. Finished second in the long jump with the fourth best jump in school history (20-2 1/2) at the MVC Indoor Championships... OUTDOOR: Captured NCAA First-Team All-American honors with a fifth place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships. Smashed the MVC Heptathlon record with 5,899 points at the NCAA Outdoor Championships. Won the MVC Heptathlon Championship for the second consecutive season with a score of 5,653.  Earned the MVC Outdoor Most Valuable Athlete for contributing 30 points to the Shockers team total. Captured second place in the long jump at the MVC Conference Championships with a 19-9 ¾ leap. Placed third at the conference meet in the Javelin (137-7) and high jump 5-8. Broke the Shockers heptathlon record with a score of 5,757 at the John McConnell Combined Events. Posted the Shockers second highest jump in school history when she cleared 5-10 ½ at the John McConnell meet. 

2012 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Finished third in the pentathlon at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships with a personal best 3,726 points -- a total that ranks third all-time at WSU...Won the Varsity Apartments Invitational pentathlon (3,574 points), as well as the Herm Wilson Invitational long jump and 60m hurdles...OUTDOOR - Won the heptathlon at the MVC Outdoor Championships with a personal best 5,472 points. The point total ranks second all-time at Wichita State...Won the long jump at the Track-It Buster Invitational and finished third in the event at the MVC Championships...Posted a season-best long jump mark of 19-11 1/2 at the NCAA West Preliminary Round to move up on the Shockers' all-time list in the event. She finished 18th..Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the heptathlon....Finished 21st overall in the women's heptathlon with 5,080 total points.

2011 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Finished fourth in the pentathlon at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships with a personal best 3,493 points, slotting her fifth in school history...Was third in the pentathlon at the Shocker Quad & Multi with 3,465 points...Came in fourth in the 60m hurdles at the Missouri Valley Championships with a time of 8.88...Cleared a season-best 5-5 1/2 in the high jump at the MVC Championships, placing fifth...OUTDOOR - Earned a qualifying total of 5,343 points in the heptathlon at the K.T. Woodman Classic to advance to the NCAA Finals...At NCAA Finals, picked up 2,941 points in the first day of competition in the heptathlon, including 901 points in the 100m hurdles (14.56), before withdrawing from competition on day two due to injury...Garnered second all-conference award in heptathlon at the MVC Outdoor Championships with 4,822 points...Finished second at the MVC Outdoor Championships in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.02...Came in third in the heptathlon at the Angelo State Spring Break Multi with 5,112 points...Named to the 2011 USTFCCCA Division I All-Academic Track & Field Team.

2010 (FRESHMAN): INDOOR - Came in fourth in the MVC Championships in the pentathlon with 3,433 points...Came in second in the 60m hurdle pentathlon with a time of 8.90...Had a personal best jump of 5-7 in the high jump at the Kansas State Open to claim the top spot...Had a personal best long jump of 18-7 3/4 at the Shocker Quad to finish second overall...Came in eighth in the triple jump with a personal best distance of 35-10 3/4...Was third in the 800m run with a time of 2:27.99 in the Nebraska Multi-Challenge pentathlon...OUTDOOR - Set a personal best in the heptathlon with 4,746 points at the Shirley Crowe Invitational, winning the event title...Set a personal best in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.97 at the Sooner Open...Came in third in the heptathlon at the MVC Championships with 4,553 points.

HIGH SCHOOL: State champion in long jump junior and senior years at Buhler HS...State champion in triple jump in 2007, 2009...Named All-Reno County, All-Area in basketball junior and senior years...Honor Roll and National Honor Society member...Lettered in basketball, track & field, and volleyball.
