MTen: Shocks Add Montisano as Assistant Coach

WICHITA, Kan.- Kevin Montisano will join the Shocker men's tennis program as assistant coach, head coach Brad Louderback announced today.

Montisano was the program's manager from 2008-10 and graduate assistant coach from 2011-12. Prior to Wichita State, he played tennis for Hutchinson Community College from 2005-07. He is a native of Haven, Kansas, where he played for four seasons of high school tennis and placed second at regionals his senior season.

“We are so excited to have Kevin back with us as our assistant coach,” Louderback said. “His loyalty, enthusiasm and desire to the Shocker tennis program is unprecedented and he will do a great job.”

 Louderback and Montisano will look to build on Wichita State's success from 2012-13, as the program captured the Missouri Valley Conference Championship and competed in the NCAA Tournament for the second time in Louderback's tenure as head coach.
