WICHITA, Kan. - The Wichita State Gold squad defeated the Black 8-7 in game two of the Shocker Fall World Series.  The series is now tied at one game each.

Casey Gillaspie went 3-for-5 with four RBI for the Gold, while Daniel Kihle went 3-for-6 with an RBI and Sean Moore went 3-for-4.

Gold reliever Albert Minnis earned the win.  He pitched 1.1 shutout innings.

Bob Arens went 3-for-4 with an RBI and three doubles for the Black, while Johnny Coy and Dayne Parker each had two RBI.

Reliever TJ McGreevy gave up one earned run in 1.2 innings to take the loss.

Game three of the series is Fri., Oct. 5 at 3 p.m.
