WICHITA, Kan. - The Wichita State Black squad earned a 7-1 win in game six of the Fall World Series.

Tyler Baker went 3-for-3 with two RBI, a double and a triple for the Black, while Taylor Doggett went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a double. 

Black starter Kris Gardner pitched five innings and gave up one unearned run on three hits with four strikeouts.

Gold starter Drew Rainey took the loss.  He went four innings and gave up two runs on six hits with eight strikeouts.

Game seven of the series is Fri., Oct. 14 at 3 p.m.
