WICHITA, Kan. - Freshman Bryce Schroeder is the WSU Athlete of the Week for the week of Oct. 22, 2012.

Bryce Schroeder, a freshman from Pueblo, Colorado, led the Shocker women's golf team to a seventh place finish at the Fighting Camel Classic on Tuesday. It was the second straight tournament Schroeder led the Shocks in scoring, carding a 231 (79-77-75) to finish in a tie for 15th.

Last week at the MSU/Payne Stewart Memorial, Schroeder shot a 224 (74-75-75) to finish in fourth place.
