WICHITA, Kan.- The Wichita State women's tennis team will hit the road to Charleston, S.C. for a match against College of Charleston on Monday at College of Charleston Tennis Center at Patriots Point.
CofC (7-5) is coming off of a successful weekend when the team topped Jacksonville State and East Tennessee State but fell to No. 34 Penn State.
Wichita State (5-9) will be playing their fourth consecutive road match after falling to No. 19 TCU and No. 54 North Texas last weekend. In singles play, junior Montse Blasco Fernandez holds a record of 14-8, while freshman Rebecca Pedrazzi is 14-9 on the season.
The match will begin at 12 p.m. and the doubles point between the Cougars and Wichita State will be broadcasted live on the Charleston Sports Network via www.cofcsports.com.
