MANHATTAN, Kan.- The Wichita State women’s tennis team won five out of six singles contests over Kansas State and four out of six doubles contests over Kansas State and Nebraska Omaha on Saturday as the second day of the Kansas State Invitational at Mike Goss Tennis Stadium was completed.

The results were as follows:

Singles Competition

Wichita State vs. Kansas State

Rebecca Pedrazzi (WSU) def. Amina St. Hill (K-State), 3-6, 6-4, 6-3

Julia Schiller (WSU) def. Palma Juhasz (K-State), 3-6, 6-1, 6-3

Abby Stevens (WSU) def. Livia Cirnu (K-State), 6-4, 6-3

Montse Blasco Fernandez (WSU) def. Iva Bago (K-State), 6-4, 5-7, 6-2

Satjaporn Mahajaroenkul (WSU) def. Maria Panaite (K-State), 6-2, 6-3

Riley Nizzi (K-State) def. Summer Schlotterback (WSU), 6-3, 6-2

Doubles Competition

Wichita State vs. Omaha
