Garnered over 400 tackles on the WSU football team from 1970-1974. Holds single game record for most unassisted tackles in a game (27). Associated Press Honorable Mention All-America in 1973. MVC Sophomore of the Year, 1971. All-MVC 1971-73. MVC Defensive Player of the Year in 1972. Inducted, 1981.
