Harold "Buddy" Reynolds (Basketball, 1924-28)

Was the third member of the famed "Three Musketeers" to earn induction into the Shocker Sports Hall of Fame. He was a four-year starter on the basketball team, ranking as the second-leading scorer in the 1925-26 and 1926-27 seasons. He averaged 10.6 and 9.3 points, respectively, those seasons, outstanding totals in an era when average team scoring was about 30 per game. He earned second-team AAU All-America honors in 1927 after helping lead Fairmount College to a third-place finish in the national tournament. The team lost only one regular-season game that season when he was forced to miss a contest against Pittsburg State because of an injury. Inducted, 1988.
