2011 (JUNIOR): Posted season-high finish of 28th at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships (8K) in 26:18.2...Finished 47th overall at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (8K) in 24:55...Finished 43rd overall at the Bradley Classic (8K) in 26:02.4.

Track & Field

2013 (SENIOR): INDOOR-  Finished second in the 3,000m run at the MVC Indoor Championships with a time of 8:21.95. Posted the fifth fastest 3,000m time in Wichita State history at the Iowa State Classic (8:14.46).  Ran a PR in the mile by  crossing the finish line at 4:09.89 at the Adidas Classic. Improved his personal record in the 800m with a time of 1:53.58 at the Varsity Apartments Invitational, finishing second. Earned fourth place in the mile at the MVC Indoor Championships with a time of 4:16.23. OUTDOOR- Earned NCAA Second-Team All-American honors for the first time in his career Finished ninth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 3,000m steeplchase with a time of 8:45.10Won the MVC 3,000m Steeplechase Championship for the second consecutive season with a time of 8:56.87. Captured victory in the 1,500m run at the MVC Outdoor Championships to become a four-time conference champion (3:50.02).  Ran the fourth fastest 3,000m steeplechase time in Shocker history  (8:45.73) at the Mt. SAC Relays. Won the 1,500m run at the Track-It-Buster Invitational with a season best time of 3:49.45. 

2012 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Won MVC title in the 3K with a time of 8:34.32...Finished with all-conference honors in the Mile (4:15.43), picking up third place...Ran the third-fastest time in WSU history in the 1,000m at the SPIRE DI Indoor Track & Field Invitational (2:26.30)...Ran the sixth-fastest time in WSU history in the 3K at SPIRE (8:24.54). OUTDOOR - Won MVC title in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:00.74)...Finished all-conference in the 1,500m, crossing the finish line in third place at the MVC Championships with a time of 3:51.88...Won section two of the Stanford Invitational 3K steeplechase in 8:51.88 -- the sixth-fastest time at WSU...Posted WSU all-time top-10 time in the 1,500m at the Track-It Buster Invitational (3:48.09)...Named MVC Scholar-Athlete...Competed at the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 3K steeplechase, finishing 8th (8:52.44) and qualified for the NCAA Championships...At NCAA Championships, ran a personal best time of 8:49.85 in the 3K steeplechase to finish 17th overall.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: At Iowa Central Community College, was a NJCAA national champion in the mile run and distance medley relay and placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase...Personal bests were 1:54 (800m), 3:52 (1,500m) and 9:03 (3,000m steeplechase).
