2020: Indoor - Ran in six meets for the Shockers … Was a member of the Shockers’ fourth-place 4X400-meter relay at the AAC Championships … Finished eighth in the 400 meters at the AAC Championships, scoring a team point … Ran a season-best time of 48.33 in the 400 meters at the Gorilla Classic … Opened his season with a fifth-place finish at the Triangular … Also earned top-10 finished at the Air Force Team Challenge and Arkansas Qualifier … Competed at the Prairie Wolf Invitational and did not finish the 400 meters.

2019: Indoor - Competed in three meets...Finished fourth at the Hawkeye Invitational running a 48.25 400m...Ran as part of the 4x400m that placed fourth at the Gorilla Classic with a time of 3:15.32, the ninth fastest in Shocker history...Earned all-conference honors as part of the 4x400m team that placed third at the American Athletic Conference championships with the third fastest time in school history of 3:13.11.
Outdoor - Ran 17 races between seven meets...Opened the campaign with two first place finishes at the Herm Wilson Invitational running 51.51 in the 400m hurdles and 41.52 as a member of the 4x100m...Ran a qualifying 400m hurdles time of 51.43 at the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, placed ninth in the finals with a time of 53.62...Won the K.T. Woodman Classic 400m hurdles in 51.97 and 3:29.76 as a member of the 4x400m...Recorded two event titles at the 92nd Kansas Relays, won the 400m hurdles finals in 50.90, after running a 51.73 in the prelims. Was part of the 4x400m that won in 3:10.51, the eighth fastest in Shocker history...Ran a 10.60 100m dash and 50.98 400m hurdles race to finish with two event titles at the Shocker Open on May 3...Earned all-conference honors finishing second in the 400m hurdles with a time of 50.93 at the American Athletic Conference Championships...Was an NCAA West Regional qualifier finishing 26th in the 400m hurdles in 51.69.
2018: Indoor - Recorded personal best times in the 60m (6.99), 200m (22.02), 400m (48.16) and 800m (2:05.41)...Had three first place finishes, winning the 200m (22.50) Shocker Prelude, KSU/KU/WSU Triangular 400m (48.74) and 3rd Annual Gorilla Classic 400m (48.16)...Part of the 4x400m relay team that placed seventh at The American Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 3:20.04...Finished ninth in the 400m with a time of 48.76 at conference championships

Outdoor - Won the 400m hurdles race at four different meets, including a first place finish at The American Athletic Conference Championships with a personal best time of 50.07...Was part of the 4x400m relays team that recorded three top-five finishes, including a first place finish at the Central Missouri Mule Relays (3:15.50), third place at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout (3:13.12) and fifth place at The American Athletic Conference Championships (3:13.39)...Placed 25th at the NCAA West Regional with a time of 51.44.
2017: Indoor – Ran in seven races, including three top five finishes...Placed third at the Bill Easton Classic in the 400m with a time of 50.52...Ran a personal best 1:13.01 in the 600yd to earn second place at the Gorilla Classic...Finished 11th in the 400m and third in the 4x4 at the MVC Championships.
Outdoor- Had two third place finishes at the Texas Tech Red Raider Shoot-Out in the 4x4 and the 400m hurdles...Won the 400m hurdles at the Shocker Open with a time of 52.26...Placed third in the 4x4 and won the 400m hurdles in a personal best 50.59 to earn All-Valley honors at the MVC Championships...Placed 22nd at the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 400m hurdles with a time of 51.70...Placed 28th at the USATF Championships in the 400m hurdles with a time of 52.78.
2016: Indoor- Ran two indoor events unattached, the Shocker Prelude and Herm Wilson.
Outdoor- Finished runner-up at the 2016 MVC Championship in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 51.71 to earn his first All-Valley honor... Placed 30th at the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 400 hurdles in a prelim time of 52.68.
High School: State champion in the 110 hurdles, 300 hurdles and the 200 meters at Adrian High School.. Also was runner-up in the 100 meters… High School bests were 14.37 in the 110 hurdles, 37.23 in the 300 hurdles and 22.12 in the 200 meters… Lettered four years in track and field and three in football… Named All-State defensive back two years and all-district running back and punter…
Personal: Son of Butch and Candace…Has a sister, Samantha… Also recruited by Central Missouri and Pitt State... Majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
